Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C., January 29, 2008 –GAMANIA’s Board of Directors today held a Board of Directors meeting, at which the Board approved a share buyback plan to repurchase 3 million of the Company’s common shares from the open market. GAMANIA plans to buy back shares at a price in the range of NT$17.35 to NT$43.05 per share from January 30, 2008 to March 29, 2008.
