Gamania Re-Selected for the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2026, Ranking No.3 Globally in the Interactive Media Industry and No.1 in Governance

Taipei, Taiwan – Gamania Group has once again been recognized for its outstanding sustainability performance, earning re-selection in the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2026 following its first inclusion in 2025.

 

In the Interactive Media, Services & Home Entertainment (IMS) industry category, Gamania ranked third globally, placing among the top 10% of sustainable companies worldwide, and became the only Taiwanese game company to be selected for two consecutive years. The Company also achieved No.1 ranking in Governance & Economic performance and No.3 globally in Social performance within the industry.

Global Benchmark Recognition

The S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2026 assessed sustainability performance across 62 industries and 9,243 publicly listed companies worldwide, with 848 leading companies selected this year.

In the IMS industry ranking, the top three companies were:LY Corporation (Japan)、Kakao Corp. (South Korea)、Gamania Group (Taiwan)

Gamania’s long-term investment in cybersecurity governance has earned international recognition. In 2025, the Company received the BSI (British Standards Institution) Digital Trust Group Award, acknowledging its contribution to fostering a trusted digital ecosystem.

In the S&P Sustainability Yearbook assessment, Gamania achieved full marks in both “Information Security Policy” and “Cybersecurity Management Program,” demonstrating world-class cybersecurity governance capabilities.

Advancing Toward Net Zero 2050: Climate Governance with TCFD Integration

On environmental sustainability, Gamania publicly committed to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050 in 2023 and adopted the TCFD framework to strengthen climate governance.In the Yearbook’s rigorous Climate Strategy assessment, Gamania received full scores across key indicators, including:Climate-related financial risks and opportunities, Scenario analysis, Physical risk adaptation, and Scope 2 and Scope 3 carbon inventory disclosure.

To promote environmental friendliness internally, Gamania’s employee cafeteria, “Gama Island,” has implemented a green food initiative, sourcing 100% organic rice, locally grown produce, and traceable vegetables.

The Company has also transitioned to fully electronic payments and reusable tableware, reducing approximately 340,000 disposable items annually. Its headquarters building introduced atmospheric water generators to reduce reliance on bottled water, further lowering carbon footprint from transportation and packaging.

 

 Vegetarian dishes account for 50% of monthly offerings, and regular farmers’ markets promote sustainable consumption.

Empowering People Through DEI: Building a Thriving Workplace

Gamania actively promotes Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) to foster employee belonging and long-term competitiveness.

To support working families, Gamania operates the only corporate-affiliated kindergarten in Taipei’s Neihu Science Park—“Orange Kids Center”—which has received the Taipei City Friendly Parenting Award for two consecutive years. The Company also provides 10 weeks of maternity leave, exceeding regulatory requirements, achieving an 87.5% return-to-work rate after parental leave, and introduced additional maternity consultation services in 2025.
