Gamania Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd and NCsoft Corporation entered into an agreement to terminate the joint venture, NC Taiwan, effective as of Dec 27, 2006

Considering the operational strategy of both companies in the future, NCsoft Corporation decided on a share buyback. Following the dissolution of agreement, GAMANIA reduced its holding of NC Taiwan shares from 51% to 15%.
