Gamania Board of Directors approves the 2011 cash dividend proposal: The Gamania Board of Directors proposes the distribution of NT$125,450,012 cash dividend to the shareholders. The proposal will be discussed and decided at the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) in 2012.
